Specifications

Structure

  • RCC stub column with RCC bracings at ground level.
  • Super structure fly ash brick in cement mortar.

Sanitary Fittings/CP Fittings

  • Jaguar brand will be used.
  • Water supply arrangements : Common centralized water supply systems.

Compound Wall

  • Common compound wall as per design and steel gates.
  • No individual compound wall between villas.

Flooring

Painting
